. . to Black Vinyl Records: LP's and CD's for sale by mail order.
Specialising in 1960's and 70's rock, folk, blues and jazz.
Simon
Black has been selling records since 1979. Over the years he has
been a regular contributor to BBC radio and television programmes;
his extraordinary breadth of knowledge has earned him a solid
reputation as a true expert in his field. Simon was responsible
for setting up the legendary record department in the now sadly
missed John Smith & Son on Byres Road, Glasgow.
Black vinyl Records deals in rare and secondhand vinyl records
as well as covering all aspects of modern popular music. Vinyl
records have been Simon's life-long fascination; his mail-order
catalogue reflects his passion, specializing as it does in 1960's
and 70's rock, folk, blues and jazz. Simon makes regular trips
to the USA to replenish his vast stock of rare and collectable
vinyl.
